Adaptive Sports Awareness Day
Adaptive Sports Awareness Day is a national day dedicated to recognizing and celebrating adaptive sports and the athletes who participate in them. It highlights the importance of inclusive, accessible sports programs that provide opportunities for people of all abilities to engage in physical activity, develop skills, and build confidence.
The day also raises awareness about the impact of adaptive sports on physical health, mental well-being, and social connection, while honoring the instructors, volunteers, and communities that make these programs possible. It’s a celebration of ability, determination, and the power of sport to bring people together.
CADS Level 2 Pre course
CADS Level 2 Pre course
What: This is a preparatory training that helps certified Level 1 adaptive ski and snowboard instructors meet all prerequisites and gain the teaching, assessment, and technical skills required to attempt the advanced Level 2 certification exam.
When: December 13th,14th / Full days / on-snow 7:30 AM START
Where: Revelstoke Mountain Resort
Prerequisites: CADS Level
CADS LEVEL 1
CADS Level 1
What: This is a national, entry-level certification for adaptive ski and snowboard instructors, focused on equipping participants with foundational skills, teaching methods, and safety knowledge to deliver inclusive lessons to students with disabilities at a beginner level.
When: December 12th,13th,14th/Full days/ on-snow
Where: Revelstoke Mountain Resort
Prerequisites: ASD/CI
CADS LEVEL 2
CADS Level 2
What: This is an advanced certification for adaptive ski and snowboard instructors, focusing on safely teaching and progressing students with disabilities beyond the beginner stage by developing assessment, teaching, equipment, and safety expertise. This Certification will include an evening session prior to the on-snow component.
When: January 10th, 11th / Full days / On-snow
Where: Revelstoke Mountain Resort
Prerequisites: CADS 1 & Level 2 Pre-course

Join us for an introductory information session featuring a presentation from the leadership team at the Revelstoke Adaptive Sports Program. This is our big Welcome to Winter event! Learn how you can get involved with the program throughout the upcoming season.
Please bring two pieces of photo ID for sign-up.

Big Mountain Sit-ski Camp
This is a 3 day sit ski camp for advanced Sit-skiers. If you're ready to conquer steep terrain, weave through trees and moguls like a pro, then it's time to register!
Seeking new and returning athletes. Not only will you hone your skills, but you'll also meet some of the raddest people around. Limited registration, get in touch today!
